Luke fryer

Director

Luke Fryer is the Founder and Director of Longhorn Barndominiums, bringing more than 20 years of experience across residential construction, project delivery and design-led development.

Driven by a passion for architecture and innovation, Luke spent extensive time in the United States, including Texas, immersing himself in the heritage and craftsmanship of barndominium design and construction. This research became the foundation for Longhorn’s authentic approach to barn-inspired homes in Australia.

Before founding Longhorn, Luke spent 15 years with Metricon Homes, Australia’s largest home builder, where he held senior leadership roles across New South Wales and Queensland. His time with Metricon gave him a deep understanding of what Australians value in a home, as well as the systems required to deliver a professional, high-quality building experience.

Luke also brings experience in cost planning, project feasibility and premium commercial delivery, having worked as Estimating Manager with Australian Developments and later as CEO of Australasian Retail Projects.

Today, Luke leads Longhorn with a vision: to introduce a distinctive new style of home to Australia, combining barn-inspired architecture, refined design and the freedom of acreage living.

Natalie Adamson

National Operations Manager

Natalie Adamson brings more than 15 years of experience in the Australian residential construction industry, with a background in operations, process management and client delivery.

As National Operations Manager, Natalie oversees the journey from early planning through to construction, helping ensure each project progresses smoothly through key stages including site evaluation, design coordination, council lodgement and handover.

Before joining Longhorn, Natalie held senior leadership roles with some of Australia’s leading building companies, including experience across fast-track operations, knockdown rebuild projects and signature home divisions.

With qualifications in Marketing and Business Management, Natalie combines operational expertise with a focus on the client experience. Her role is central to creating an organised and supportive building journey for every client.

Craig Miller

Design & Technical Manager

Craig Miller brings nearly 30 years of experience across residential construction, design, development and technical delivery.

As Design and Technical Manager, Craig plays a key role in ensuring each Longhorn Barndominium is both beautifully designed and technically buildable. His background spans drafting, estimating, contract administration, site supervision, project management and senior operational leadership.

Before joining Longhorn, Craig ran his own consultancy, CMG Plus, supporting developers and builders with systems, procurement and building advisory services. He has also held senior leadership roles with Haus Homes, Creation Homes and Ausbuild, where he progressed from junior draftsperson to Associate Director.

Craig’s depth of experience allows him to guide the technical detail behind each project, helping deliver designs that are practical, compliant and built to a high standard.

Clint Cini

Longhorn Construction Manager QLD

Clint Cini is an award-winning construction professional with nearly 30 years of experience in the Australian residential building industry.

Beginning his career as a carpenter, Clint has worked across production estimating, sales estimating, building approvals and site supervision, giving him an in-depth understanding of the full construction process.

Clint spent a significant part of his career with Metricon Homes, where he managed both client homes and display homes. During this time, he contributed to projects recognised by HIA and Master Builders, including two HIA Home of the Year awards.

As Longhorn Construction Manager QLD, Clint brings practical building knowledge, strong leadership and a solutions-focused approach to every project.

Nathan Rowell

Longhorn Construction Manager SA

Nathan Rowell is an accomplished construction professional with more than 30 years of experience across residential, commercial and large-scale development projects.

Throughout his career, Nathan has held senior leadership roles including General Manager of Construction and National Construction Manager, overseeing complex building portfolios and leading construction teams across multiple states.

As Longhorn Construction Manager SA, Nathan brings extensive industry knowledge and a commitment to delivering quality homes to our clients.

Micheal McGougan

Longhorn Construction Manager WA

Micheal McGougan is a seasoned construction professional with more than 25 years of experience across residential and commercial building.

With a background spanning hands-on construction and project management, Micheal has a practical understanding of how to manage complex builds.

As Longhorn Construction Manager WA, Micheal oversees projects across Western Australia, bringing local market knowledge and a solutions-focused approach to every build.

Stephen Mallinger

Stephen Mallinger is the founder of Mallinger Constructions, an award-winning residential builder recognised for delivering architecturally complex homes of the highest quality.

His work has been recognised at the highest levels of the industry, including HIA NSW House of the Year and HIA Australian Home of the Year. Projects delivered by Stephen and his team have also been featured on Grand Designs Australia and received international recognition.

As a Longhorn Construction Partner in NSW, Stephen brings a collaborative approach and an exceptional standard of finish to every project.

Steve Briant

Regional Sales Manager

Steve Briant has more than 20 years of experience across residential construction, real estate and financial services.

Throughout his career, Steve has helped hundreds of clients through the new home journey, with established relationships across the Hunter Valley, Newcastle and Central Coast regions. His understanding of home building, land and visualisation technology allows clients to explore their options with confidence.

As Regional Sales Manager, Steve is focused on helping clients turn their vision into a considered, achievable home.

Andrew Boulding

Andrew Boulding has more than 22 years of experience in residential construction, working with some of Australia’s most recognised builders.

His background spans sales strategy, operational management, house and land delivery, and executive sales leadership. This experience allows Andrew to guide clients through the planning stages with an understanding of both design intent and build requirements.

Teina Cameron

Teina Cameron has more than 12 years of experience across residential and commercial construction, including seven years working hands-on in carpentry.

His practical background gives clients the benefit of technical insight from the very beginning. Having worked across structural alterations, commercial projects and new home delivery, Teina helps clients understand what is possible and move through the early stages with clarity.

Renee Armeni has more than 15 years of experience in the interior design industry, working across luxury residential and high-density developments.

Her background includes pre-construction selections, design coordination and on-site project involvement, giving her insight into both aesthetics and functionality.

As a Sales & Design Concierge, Renee helps clients refine their ideas, make cohesive selections and create spaces that feel both personal and practical.
