For our custom luxury clients, this is where we partner with our preferred design experts to bring a bespoke vision to life. For our standard design clients, we help you select the perfect plan that fits your needs and budget.
Phase 2: The Blueprint
Once the concept is clear, our team of experts gets to work. We deliver a complete set of Australian-compliant plans, including all engineering and professional certifications. This pre-certified package is a key advantage, as it fast-tracks the approval process and ensures that the design is fully ready for construction. We’ve removed the common delays and uncertainties of the design phase.
Phase 3: The Build (with our Preferred Partners)
When your plans are ready, we act as your client concierge. We can refer you to our network of small, quality-focused builders who have a proven track record of executing our designs. We provide ongoing consultation and oversight to you and your builder to ensure the design’s integrity is maintained and that the build is a true reflection of the original vision.
